Random Doesn't Mean Mysterious
Nobody should be able to tell you which eligible ticket will be selected before a genuinely random draw. That is the point. Confusion does not have to be.

What should a participant understand?
When does participation open and close? What makes an entry eligible? When does the draw happen? How is the result communicated? What happens afterwards?
ELIGIBLE ENTRIES → DRAW → RANDOM SELECTION → RESULT → VERIFICATION → PAYOUT
Eligible entries are the tickets or participations that meet the published rules for that draw. The draw is the moment the eligible pool is closed and selection happens. Random selection means the outcome is not arranged in favour of any particular participant. The result is how that outcome is published. Verification is how the record can be checked against the rules. Payout is how a completed, legitimate reward is processed.
Random doesn't mean guaranteed
Random should describe the outcome — not the amount of information available to the participant.
Participation does not guarantee selection. Transparency means understanding the conditions — not changing the mathematics of random selection.
What transparency looks like at iGame360
Rules should be understandable. Relevant participation information should be available. Results should be published. Digital ticket records should exist. Legitimate payout processes should be completed.
What transparency does not mean
It does not mean exposing sensitive security information, publishing information that could help manipulate a system, pretending randomness can be predicted, or promising every participant a reward.
A participant should be able to say: I may not know what the result will be. But I understand what I'm participating in.
