Welcome to iGame360
This is the trust guide. When you finish, you should understand who we are, how we operate, and why members choose to belong — without leaving this page for the answers that matter most.
Why members trust iGame360
Trust is not a slogan here. It is a set of design choices you can check before you create an account.
Who we are
iGame360 is a Nigerian community entertainment platform. Play is the door. Belonging, opportunity, and impact are what we build behind it.
We are not a traditional lottery that ends at a draw. We are not a scheme that asks you to recruit for returns. Games gather people. Community creates relationships. Opportunity helps people grow.
How the games work
Each game has a purpose. None of them hide the price, the prize, or the process.
Entertainment with a published rhythm. Ticket price and prize structure are shown before you play. Results follow the published draw process and are recorded in Hub.
The deeper weekly entertainment experience — membership rhythm, published rules, and community experiences around the game. Premium benefits never change winning odds.
Select is designed to recognise active participation and meaningful engagement within the iGame360 community. Eligibility follows published programme criteria, and every eligible member has the opportunity to qualify through continued participation and community involvement. When a season is live, Hub carries the official call and record.
How community initiatives work
Care, Biz Boost, and MarketHub are not side decorations. They are how iGame360 invests beyond entertainment. They do not rewrite game prizes.
Verified nominations, responsible community voting, and published outcomes that turn compassion into real support for people in need.
Recognition and opportunity for businesses owned by members of the iGame360 community — visibility, confidence, and growth pathways.
The long-term discovery layer for trusted community businesses — easier to find, easier to trust, easier to grow.
Fair play
Every player competes under the same published rules.
Payments
Payments are processed through Paystack — a trusted payment partner. Sensitive card and bank payment details are handled by Paystack rather than stored inside iGame360 as a general wallet balance.
There is no iGame360 wallet designed to hold your money. You pay for what you choose. Every game follows its own clear purchase process with individual transaction records — so each ticket maps to a real payment you can recognise.
Players keep control of their own funds in their own accounts. When a reward is due, verified payouts move to the bank details registered in Hub — with a philosophy of speed and clarity, not theatre.
Rewards & payouts
Rewards follow the published prize structure for that game. Hub records the outcome. Verified payouts go to the bank account linked to your Hub profile.
That is why registration asks for the legal name and phone connected to your Nigerian bank account — so dignity is not delayed by a second chase for details.
Security & privacy
Community Care
No.
Player rewards remain exactly as advertised. Community Care is funded independently through iGame360’s long-term investment into community development, together with approved partnerships and dedicated programme funding.
Nothing is deducted from player winnings. Nothing changes the published prize structure. Players play to win. iGame360 chooses to invest beyond the games.
Members may nominate. Verified stories can become finalists. Eligible Hub members vote in the published window. Outcomes and support move through Hub’s verified pathways.
Biz Boost
Biz Boost recognises businesses owned by members of the iGame360 community. It is not an open call for every business on the internet.
Businesses are nominated, verified, and reviewed. Finalists are introduced to the community. Eligible members vote. Winning is about funding where the campaign provides it — and always about recognition, confidence, visibility, and opportunity.
Biz Boost is a beginning. MarketHub is where longer-term discovery continues.
MarketHub
MarketHub exists so community businesses become easier to discover, easier to trust, and easier to grow. It is not a dumping ground for anonymous listings.
Who belongs: businesses tied to the iGame360 community. Benefits: visibility, credibility, authentic stories, and pathways to services that help members compete in a digital economy.
The future is an ecosystem — partnerships evaluated by one question: does this create genuine value for our members?
Who belongs how
Confusion about status creates distrust. These roles are different on purpose.
Believed first — before the proof was popular. Founding status honours early commitment with recognition and published benefits where Hub records them. Founding Members matter because every community needs people who stand up when the story is still being written.
The daily life of the circle: play, vote when eligible, nominate with care, and participate in Hub with one secure account.
Chooses the deeper weekly entertainment experience and related community benefits. Premium is about rhythm and belonging — never about buying a better chance to win.
Extends the story into neighbourhoods with dignity. Ambassadors represent the community; they do not invent Hub facts or turn recognition into spectacle.
Growing through trust
Referral is designed to introduce people who genuinely belong inside the iGame360 community. It is how we thank members who help grow a healthy circle.
Referral rewards are promotional benefits. They do not influence game outcomes. They do not improve winning chances. They do not depend on recruitment chains or “levels” funded by the next person in line.
That is a different philosophy from programmes built around recruiting people into risk. Growth that weakens trust is not growth we want.
Support
Account, payment, and operational help live with Hub and official support channels — so issues are handled where records exist.
Speak Out in the Journal is for ideas, nominations, and community voice. It is not a ticket queue for payouts or password resets.
Every answer on this page exists so you can decide with a clear head. When you are ready, Hub is the door — and the Journal remains the public record of how we keep our word.
