Editor's note

The hard customer is the stranger — the person who needs what you offer but doesn't know your name yet.

Someone needs exactly the service you provide. They're ready to buy. They pick up their phone and search.

Will they find you?

Nigerian businesses live across Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, TikTok, Google, websites and marketplaces. But information can become fragmented. One platform has photographs. Another has the phone number. Location is buried in a message. Opening hours are in an old post.

You are online. But the customer still has work to do.

Discovery needs structure

A business cannot start a conversation with a customer who never discovers it.

A useful presence should quickly answer: Who are you? What do you offer? Where are you? How do I contact you? What does your work look like?

This is the problem MarketHub wants to work on

MarketHub is being developed as part of the wider iGame360 ecosystem around business discovery and digital presence.

The vision is bigger than a list of business names. The aim is to help businesses create useful digital presence, make important information easier to discover and connect with people looking for what they provide.

As MarketHub develops, actual available capabilities must be introduced clearly. No pretending a future feature already exists.
